Registration
Participants & Coaches

To finalize resort/meal reservations, all participants & coaches must register by the deadline listed.

Coaches will be able to monitor the status of their team's registrations

After reserving a spot for your team, you will receive a google doc link to monitor your team roster.

Rosters are updated weekly with new registrations received. The total amount due is also noted on your roster.

*Please note: We will try to accommodate additions to team rosters after the deadline, but we can not guarantee space. Any decrease in participant numbers after June 7 (for June camp) & July 5 (for July camp) will result in a $200/dropped athlete fee. This fee can be avoided by replacing the dropped individual with a new registration.

Teams are charged as a whole unit based on the number of participants and coaches. This amount is listed on your team roster. It is up to coaches to track individual participant payments if desired.

You are welcome to mail your team payment prior to the start of camp. While not required, it will greatly speed up your camp check-in process!
